- Makhmudov Husnitdin
Managing partner. He has an extensive practice and specializes in the field of corporate and commercial law, specifically on issues of founding legal entities of various organizational forms (with or without foreign capital), as well as on issues of reorganization of companies such as merger or incorporation. He provided legal services to “Bektemir-Spirt Experimental Plant” and “Tashkent Vino” geared towards implementation of due diligence policy and elaboration of corporate management of companies. He also assisted companies with their major transactions on purchase of the production equipment, transfer of material values to the charter capital, and insurance of companies and on concluding contracts exceeding the value of 3 bln. soum.
He also prepared necessary legal documents for the merger of “Yangiyul Vino” to “Tashkent Vino”. Conducted a procedure due diligence «Uz - Texaco».

-Rasulov Nodir
Partner. Specializes in legal matters of foreign nature, international, corporate and commercial law. He also has an extensive practice in civil and business law. He maintains contacts with foreign colleagues and professional organizations. Deals with legal issues associated with foreign customers. Represented the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent; in particular, he provided legal support for the transactions related to real estate, engaged in consulting in legal issues. He provided legal advice on issues related to improving the financial and economic state of one of the largest companies of Uzbekistan - Ahangaran Cement, which entered “Eurocement Group” Holding in 2006.

- Shadikhodjaev Bekhzod
Attorney. Manages the financial, insurance and corporate law. He also consults on issues of civil and criminal law. He has an extensive experience in civil law proceedings. Participates in hearings and trials in the courts in the interests of clients on issues of economic nature. Provided legal assistance during the restructuring and transformation of the leading multidisciplinary medical center "Kallisto". Also provided legal services to the private open joint stock bank “Trust Bank” on transactions concluded with many foreign banks in excess of 10 million dollars. - Nurmukhamedov Temur
Attorney. He has an extensive practice in corporate, tax, labor and commercial law, including the court representation of interests of clients in disputes of civil and economic nature, including representing the interests of the company “Yangiyulvino "in the 2.5 bln soum dispute.
He worked with Schlumberger Oilfield Easter, giving advice on visa issues as well as regulations governing the employment of foreign employees. He also represented Schlumberger Oilfield Central Asia, including on issues concerning transactions with foreign and domestic companies.

- Aliev Bekhzod
Lawyer. He specializes in international and corporate law. He provided legal assistance to international corporations such as Baran Telecom, which provides services in the field of global telecommunications, in particular dealing with legal issues of network infrastructure in the field of fiber optic materials. Mr. Aliev provided legal assistance to transactions for the supply of drilling and oil and gas equipment to Uzbekistan for Uralturbo (Russia) and Ergo Resources (United Kingdom). He provided legal advice on banking law and real estate transactions to Louis Dreyfus Commodities - one of the world's largest companies for the sale and processing of agricultural products.

- Rahmatullaeva Zarrina
Lawyer. Her area of expertise is corporate law. Maintains contacts with foreign colleagues and clients. Provided legal assistance to the main airline company of France, Air France, on issues related to the implementation of their activities on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Together with other attorneys, she provides legal assistance to Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd., (USA) on a project entitled USAID's Local Development Initiative, on labor law, drafting labor contracts.
