When submitting an online application, the photograph of the applicant will be obtained by the system from the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. If the applicant wants to see a new photo on his driver's license, he will need to visit the center of public services. After checking the entered information, the system will generate a receipt for payment of the state duty. You can get the finished document will be in the center of public services. From June 1, it will be possible to apply for the receipt of public services to any centers of public services, regardless of registration and postal address. In addition, upon receipt of public services through UPISS, duties, fees and other payments will be paid in the amount of 90%.
